Hosts

Sita

Sita is a devoted Earth Keeper, Energy Healer and Plant Medicine Guide. She has also worked as a Plant-Based Chef for many years and dubs what she does as Eco-Cuisine.

Sita and her team has sat in ceremony with many great Shamans from the Amazon and Mexico over the last 6 years and was introduced to the wonders and healing ability of plant medicines such as Ayahuasca, Cannabis, Cocoa, Tobacco and Kambo then later introduced to Psilocybin Mushrooms. After experiencing her own healing she started leading ceremonies within the community and has extended herself to many visitors to the island through retreats and private ceremonies as a custodian and indigenous carrier of the medicine. Her aim is to help persons to “Naturally Awaken”.

Sound Healing and mantras has become key components in her circles after studying with Bhakti Yogis in India in early 2020. During that time she also completed her 200hr yoga teacher training and was initiated in the sacred tradition of Agnihotra(fire ceremonies)

Sita is also a reiki practitioner, permaculture designer, yoga nidra teacher and recently got certified in Women Circle Leadership.
